Hello, my name is Whitney Taylor and I have recently joined the West Des Moines Child Care Center. I am very excited about this experience and look forward to coming in to work each day and seeing the children's faces. I have a background in Elementary Education, but have worked in Early Childhood Education for the past 4 years. I have taught pre-school and was a center Assistant Director in Oklahoma, and since moving to Iowa last year, I have taught in a transitional 2's and 3's room, and am now a center Co-Director. Working with children has always been a passion of mine, and watching them grow and learn is the best part of the job! I am in the process of completing my CDA and enrolling at DMACC in the Program Administration Courses.
